Welcome to Atmosphere Studio

Atmosphere Studio is where your creative assets come to life. Use this portal to upload the files that power your brand's Amazon Atmosphere experience — the immersive, product-level customization experience your customers will interact with on Amazon.

Once your files are uploaded, the Amazon Atmosphere team will review them and use them to design and build your Atmosphere experience. The better organized and complete your upload, the faster we can bring your vision to market.

How to Upload

1. Log in using the credentials emailed to you by your Amazon POC.
2. Select your experience — if your brand has more than one Atmosphere experience (e.g., one for Headphones, one for Earbuds), choose the one you want to upload assets for.
3. Drop your files into the right section using the guide below.
4. That's it. Your Amazon team will take it from there.

What to Upload — Section by Section

🖼 Preview Images

What this is for: The preview image customers see on the configurator page as they make their option selection.

Upload here:

• Preview images for each option
• Image masks to be overlaid

Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG

🎬 Videos & Animations

What this is for: Motion assets used at the intro, outro, or anywhere movement brings your experience to life.

Upload here:

• Intro videos or splash screen animations
• Outro videos or animations
• Looping background animations
• Any branded motion content

Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, GIF

⚙️ Configuration

What this is for: The visual building blocks of your configurator — the part of the experience where customers choose options (colors, finishes, styles, etc.). These assets define what the configurator looks like.

Upload here:

• Background images or color references (HEX values welcome in a text file)
• Option thumbnail images (one image per option — e.g., one per color or finish)
• Button styling references (color swatches, brand guidelines, HEX values)
• Any layered source files your Amazon team may need to reference

Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD

What this is for: Supporting materials that give the Amazon team context — brand guidelines, style references, specs, or anything else that helps them build the experience to your standards.

• Mood boards or visual direction documents
• Spec sheets or creative briefs
• Any other reference material

Tips for a Smooth Review

• Name your files clearly. Use descriptive names like hero-image-final.png or option-thumbnail-red.png instead of image001.png.
• Check your format before uploading. Files in unsupported formats will be rejected automatically.
• Upload source files when in doubt. If you have an AI or PSD file, include it — it helps the Amazon team make adjustments without going back and forth.
• Use the Other folder for context. Brand guidelines and briefs help the team understand your vision and reduce revision cycles.
